Business Planning and Fundraising Strategy Consultancy

I take an integrated, process-led approach to business planning and fundraising. The services that I offer are outlined below. Packages can be designed to suit the needs of your organisation.
The first stage in the process is to telephone or e-mail me to discuss your requirements. I will then produce an initial proposal.
A full package will take between 3 and 7 days. Help can be given to identify suitable sources of funds for this work.
My approach offers a process that:
  • Enables the group to continue to focus on long term development of the organisation and the work
  • Is sustainable by the group themselves
  • Provides a learning opportunity about tools and techniques that can be used for business planning
  • Involves as many people as possible in order to build commitment and ownership
  • Offers facilitation, support and resources
  • Takes account of the nature of the work that the group undertake and how the final plan will be used
