Business Planning (Two day course)

1. Vision, Mission, Aims, Broad objectives, Operational objectives (From pyramid of purpose)
   
   
2. Values statement (worked and agreed by whole organisation - underpins the work)
   
   
3. History and main achievements (Layout as some sort of time line)
   
   
4. How we identify the need (From any research, proof, questionnaires)
   
   
5. Analysis of internal and external environments (from SWOT or similar analysis)
   
   
6. Organisational structure (A diagram - management structure and job roles (include volunteers)
   
   
7. Details of (management committee and any special skills they bring)
   
   
8. Operational objectives - targets
   
   
9. Financial projections (use current systems to produce 3 or 5 year projections)
   
   
10. Funding priorities (brief outline showing What is secured, needs to be secured and timescales and any brief details of what is being done (can refer to fundraising plan)
    
    
11. Review process for this plan (Review and who will be involved)
