Facilitation

If you have: a problem that you want to solve, decisions to make, a new challenge or want to creatively think about a new development then use of an external facilitator may be useful.
A range of facilitation techniques can be used. These can be negotiated to suit the needs and preferences of the group members. Prior to the session you will be provided with a brief outline so that participants can contribute their ideas about how they would like to use the time and identify their preferences with regard to style.
Examples of techniques that I can use include:
  • Task groups
  • Six hat thinking
  • Circles of opportunity
  • Mind maps
  • Thought bubbles
  • Games
  • Key questions
