Management committees sometimes feel that they need external support to assist
them to carry out their duties effectively. Group supervision is provided to allow the management committee to focus on how they work together as a management committee. It is a way both of team building and identifying skills or knowledge gaps and developing action plans to meet these needs. Management committees sometimes have difficult decisions to make and the process can be aided through good facilitation and support. I am able to provide regular or occasional facilitation and support supervision. |
