I am able to offer regular supervision sessions to individuals involved
with either fundraising, strategy, business planning, developing projects,
or training delivery. Many of the people that I supervise have a pivotal role in their organisation, such as Director or Co-ordinator where the relationship with the Management Committee and staff is vital to the success of this role. The supervision framework is agreed first and a contract drawn up outlining the aims. The responsibility of supervisor and supervisee and the terms on which the supervision is offered. We also agree how the supervision will be reviewed. The supervision may be both supportive and practical. Coaching in preparation for job interviews is also available |
